At Meadowbrook Home Builders we strive to build high quality homes within clients budgets. We do this with good planning and taking advantage of any efficiencies available to us. We handle all the design in house, as well as the framing and finish carpentry. This helps us control the quality, costs, and schedule of each project. We utilize all current technologies such as Chief Architect for 2D & 3D design, Matterport and drones to document all phases of the build process, blower door tests and thermal imaging to ensure high energy efficiency, and cloud based project management to keep tight schedules and deadlines.
We’re able to tackle projects from raw land that include hurdles such as issues with conservation land, poor soil conditions, zoning issues, etc…. or tear down rebuild house projects that may or may not re-use existing foundations. We have experience with large additions, including second story additions, and additions that involve whole house remodels.
